	Jeremy and Russell	Emma
	Jeremy McKelvie Jeremy has been flying in Uganda for 17 years.  Prior to starting the Aeroclub with Russ 10 years ago, Jeremy flew for 7 years with MAF.  While flying for MAF Jeremy was also responsible for training pilots new to Ugandan flying.  He conducts all of our new pilot transition training as well, which includes checkouts at all of our airstrips.  Training with Jeremy involves extensive work on precision landings and emergency procedures.  It is during this initial transition training that we discover that Jeremy is a perfectionist when it comes to bush flying!  But his high standards ensure that all pilots at the aeroclub are well prepared for flying in Uganda.  Jeremy is also a talented guitarist and singer, if you live in Kampala you can sometimes see him play at the ARA in Makindye.
	Russell Barnes Russ has been flying in Uganda for the past 10 years, since he and Jeremy started the aeroclub. He has a wide range of aviation experience,  including helicopters and crop sprayers- things that any sensible pilot would avoid.  He now he primarily flies the Cessna Caravan.  Russ is highly respected at the aeroclub because of his enviable stick and rudder skills.  He is also well known for his quick wit.  He can often be found at the clubhouse on the weekends "throwing his little monsters in the pool."
	Emma Carter Emma joined the Aeroclub 6 years ago.  Before that she was instructing on the east coast of Florida in the US, where she was also involved in aircraft maintenance.  She put those skills to use at the aeroclub, where she now oversees our flight school and maintenance scheduling, in addition to working as a charter pilot.  Emma is the only pilot we have who has the honor of having an airplane named after her- 5X-EMM, our twin-engine Islander.  Emma and Tim are expecting a new arrival...a new airplane!  Check back for pictures.
